The
Rear Posture Board utilizes the Anti-Slide Wall for the purpose of
maintaining a consistent spine angle throughout the swing. When set up
correctly the player's rear end should lightly touch the Rear Posture
Board and stay in contact with it throughout the entire swing. By doing
this, the hips will rotate properly and not allow the spine angle to
straighten, especially during the downswing. Because the downswing
happens so quickly it is difficult to feel when the hips move towards
the ball, instead of staying in position. |
