The Head Stabilizer is positioned on the base in front of the golfer. Its arm extends to the right side of the golfer's head at address. It also has a removable piece that goes on top of the golfer's head and extends forward.
The padded arm prevents the head from swaying to the right or encourages it depending upon how it is set up. The flat piece – when used – will serve to limit the head's up and down movement during the swing. By identifying and maintaining the proper head position throughout the swing it then becomes possible for the golfer to fully rotate around the spine throughout the swing.
