The
Anti-lift Poles – depending on how they are set – will produce
immediate feedback when the arms are lifted too high or if they are
swung around too low or flat. In many swings, players will lift the
arms too high in the backswing or the follow-through causing the golfer
to make compensations while trying to return the clubhead to the ball.
Much like Ben Hogan's Plane of Glass, these poles produce the necessary
feedback to keep the arms moving around the body on the proper plane or
path. |
